  • The power conveying systems of the brushing, washing and drying sections are independently controlled.
  • Brush grinding uses IE4 super-optimum efficiency motor
  • The brush wheel lifts and lowers using a servo screw, which can be used with thickness measurement to automatically adjust the grinding spacing.
  • Device to stop operation due to lack of water in the grinding and brushing section
  • The pinch feeding rubber wheel adopts a cylinder design, and the pressure and distance can be adjusted
  • Automatic water replenishment, low water level stop

  • Drying uses super air knives instead of traditional blowers to save energy
  • Effectively cleans and dries without water droplets, steam, or prints
  • The hot air is filtered, and the equipment transmission and the inner wall of the oven are easy to clean.
  • It is suitable for copper foil substrates in CCL factories. The upper and lower copper foil, PP and stainless steel mirror plates are automatically laminated on the base plate in sequence and sent to the hot press machine for hot pressing forming.
  • High yield rate, mechanical empty set speed is 8 seconds. Can automatically replace the cushion pad and clean the bottom plate.
  • Applicable copper foil: 1/3, 1/2, 1, 2 oz (thick copper requires special design); PP: 1017, 1027, 106, 1080, 2116, 7628.
  • Color touch screen operation, simple and convenient, abnormal message display instructions.
  • Size switching is preset on the touch screen, making switching easy and fine-tuning.
  • Currently there are two types of equipment, 1UP and 2UP.

CCL Cutting

The USUN laser engraving machine uses MOPA (Master Oscillator Power Amplifier) fiber laser as the processing laser source. It features a wide range of pulse width selection, broad frequency range, high single-pulse energy, and excellent beam quality. Combined with digital galvanometers and field lenses, it can perform fine marking processes with feature sizes as small as 40-50 μm. The machine structure is designed with high strength and can also protect users from process contaminants. It is a precision laser engraving system suitable for precision industries, food industries, biomedical industries, and other fields requiring high precision.

Automatic cap tear machine
