Automatic storage application

The storage system produced by USUN is an automated system composed of high-level stereoscopic shelves, access machines, various types of forklifts, warehousing systems, AGV/AMR, control systems and peripheral equipment. Use the automated storage system to continuously check expired products or find inventory, prevent defective inventory, and improve management. The automated warehousing system can make full use of storage space, accomplish online control of equipment through a computer, process quickly and accurately, and perform inventory management, data processing according to reasonable data.

High-level stereoscopic shelf(RACK)

The storage structure can divide by：

  • Build in(Rack –supported)：It is part of building structure, not only storing goods but also a supporting structure of the building, better Integrity and strong earthquake resistance.
  • Independent (Free-standing)：The shelf is independent to the original structure easy to design, and the construction period is short

The shelf composition can be divided into：

  • 牛腿焊接式貨架(Cantilever Type)：Strong strength, longer construction period, suitable for such as Taiwan or areas with frequent earthquakes。
  • 橫樑組立式貨架(Beam Type)：Simple structure, can be assembled on site, but less earthquake resistance

The storage form can be divided into：

  • 單庫位 (Single Deep)：Single corresponding storage space (left/right) in the roadway
  • 雙庫位(Double Deep)：Compare to the single deep, corresponding depth storage space (left/right) in the roadway

Automatic storage of long-length objects, disc type, cylinder type and oil cylinder type：

Customized for special goods, carrying about 100 ~ 8000 kg.

  • Uini load：Transported by pallet or tray, load > 1000kg。
  • Mini load：Transported by material boxes or plastic boxes, , load <50kg。

According to the type of control：

  • Manual：Fully controlled manually
  • Semi-auto：Manual instructions, the equipment completes part of the operation automatically
  • Automatic：Fully automatic operation

  • Real-time monitoring of on-site equipment operation status and abnormal alarms
  • Receive WMS operating instructions and quickly deliver to related equipment
  • Accomplish the remote monitoring through connect the WCS computer via the network, and help the maintenance staff to quickly troubleshoot the abnormality remotely
